In the 6th minute Ogün Sarıdoğan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tekin İsmihan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alptuğ Utman came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Kücükbakkalköy's Demiralp Balısoy. But to his dismay, Demiralp Balısoy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ogün Sarıdoğan in the 21st minute of play forced Kücükbakkalköy's goalkeeper Tekin İsmihan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alptuğ Utman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Demiralp Balısoy in the 25th minute. Tekin İsmihan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ogün Sarıdoğan in the 26th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tunç Gökyüzü during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kücükbakkalköy's Tunç Gökyüzü got his second yellow card of the match in the 31st minute. The referee ordered Tunç Gökyüzü off the ground. It was a penalty for Kücükbakkalköy! Tekin İsmihan went to the wrong direction when Demiralp Zahir was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After having played for 98 minutes, Özalp Secahat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Balmumcu FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Özalp Secahat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Balmumcu FK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
