Şenol Habiboğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Erman Buminhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Feyyaz Sara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Berker Totuk, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After 11 played minutes ONURSPOR got a freekick which was hit by Dorukhan İshak. A collision led to Abidinpasa getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Mahsun Deveci hit a great ball. Feyyaz Sara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berker Totuk in the 16th minute of play. Abidinpasa's Erman Buminhan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Abidinpasa from getting a goal against them. If Ahmet Danış Vedat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when İzzettin Adıbelli got free with Erman Buminhan in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 27 minutes into the match, Abidinpasa's goal looked a bit too open when Şenol Habiboğlu came free, but Erman Buminhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute of the match ONURSPOR got a corner. Abidinpasa's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Vedat Özerman ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Vedat Özerman got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Erman Buminhan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 30th minute, ONURSPOR's Şenol Habiboğlu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Erman Buminhan. Erman Buminhan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. İzzettin Adıbelli struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Erman Buminhan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ONURSPOR. Abidinpasa's Erman Buminhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şenol Habiboğlu in the 35th minute of play. If Berker Totuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 43rd minute Ahmet Danış Vedat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feyyaz Sara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Şenol Habiboğlu in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erman Buminhan saved Abidinpasa from getting behind. The supporters of ONURSPOR booed when Abidinpasa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zekai Vurgun didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Şenol Habiboğlu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Abidinpasa's zone, İzzettin Adıbelli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erman Buminhan came out of the goal and İzzettin Adıbelli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Doğukan Ubeydullah hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, ONURSPOR's Dorukhan İshak got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 60th minute, Abidinpasa's Ahmet Danış Vedat fired away a free kick that almost went in the goal. Feyyaz Sara was prepared for the shot, but didn't have to make a play as the shot flew over the goal. In the 68th minute, Ahmet Danış Vedat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Feyyaz Sara made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Berker Totuk sent off a good shot on target. In the 79th minute, Berker Totuk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Feyyaz Sara was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. The audience was convinced that İzzettin Adıbelli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erman Buminhan was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. In the 86th minute of the match Selim Rafiz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Feyyaz Sara skillfully saved the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ahmet Hakan Ağaoğlu during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, ONURSPOR's Ahmet Hakan Ağaoğlu got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Abidinpasa's goalkeeper Erman Buminhan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If İzzettin Adıbelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
