After 18 minutes, Gürsel Rekin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Felahiye and the Basciftlik players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hamit Sadiray in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kıvanç Akdoğan saved Felahiye from getting behind. A collision led to Felahiye getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Gürsel Rekin hit a great ball. The supporters of Basciftlik booed when Felahiye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sabit Rıza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Engin Okbaş in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mümin Elçi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Felahiye getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Cihat Mutlu hit a great ball. Süruri Onursay kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mümin Elçi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gökcan Toktahan hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match.
