In the 2nd minute, Ali Faruk Zekeriya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 5 minutes, Ahmet Sedat Sungurbay mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Türkeli SK and the Bakirköy players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 5 played minutes Türkeli SK got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Sedat Sungurbay. 7 minutes into the match, Türkeli SK's goalkeeper Celalettin Tokyüz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Haşim İlkin. Celalettin Tokyüz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Haşim İlkin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. Türkeli SK's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Göktan Perinçek 12 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. 15 minutes into the match, Bakirköy's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Sedat Sungurbay came free, but Ahmet Gündüz Sertaçgil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 16 minutes of play Bakirköy's Ali Faruk Zekeriya was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Ali Faruk Zekeriya kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Türkeli SK's Ahmet Sedat Sungurbay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahmet Gündüz Sertaçgil narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Haşim İlkin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Celalettin Tokyüz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 23 played minutes Bakirköy got a freekick which was hit by Alp Topçam. 23 minutes into the match, Türkeli SK's Recep Talha Malkoçoğlu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After having played for 25 minutes, Ahmet Sedat Sungurbay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Türkeli SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Sedat Sungurbay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 26th match minute, Bakirköy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Utku Metiner to maneuver through the defense. Göktan Perinçek kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Alp Atik kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Bakirköy's Haşim İlkin got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ahmet Sedat Sungurbay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Gündüz Sertaçgil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Sedat Sungurbay in the 42nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Bakirköy defense, Selman Hacıahmetoğlu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ahmet Gündüz Sertaçgil. The Bakirköy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ahmet Gündüz Sertaçgil should have stopped the shot.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ahmet Sedat Sungurbay made a kick off. Bakirköy's Ahmet Gündüz Sertaçgil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Bakirköy from getting a goal against them. Haşim İlkin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alp Atik received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ahmet Gündüz Sertaçgil came out and tried to block the shot, but Alp Atik slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 65th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Recep Talha Malkoçoğlu during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 70 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Türkeli SK! A collision led to Bakirköy getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Alp Topçam hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bakirköy's zone, Selman Hacıahmetoğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Gündüz Sertaçgil came out of the goal and Selman Hacıahmetoğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Türkeli SK booed when Bakirköy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alp Topçam didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmet Gündüz Sertaçgil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Sedat Sungurbay in the 89th minute of play. After 89 minutes, Alp Topçam mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bakirköy and the Türkeli SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 89th minute, Alp Topçam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Selman Hacıahmetoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Gündüz Sertaçgil having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Sedat Sungurbay in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahmet Gündüz Sertaçgil prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 97 minutes into the match, Bakirköy's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Sedat Sungurbay came free, but Ahmet Gündüz Sertaçgil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Bakirköy had won after a very even match.
