Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) 2 minutes into the game, Tayfur Işıklar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Istanbul Bosphorus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saray the free kick. In the 3rd match minute, Istanbul Bosphorus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tayfur Işıklar to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Türkeş Cangur during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With a little luck, Istanbul Bosphorus's Hüseyin İlksen got control of the ball when Ahmet Arif İpçi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hüseyin İlksen made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Fadıl Cevahir sent off a good shot on target. Hüseyin İlksen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hazım Tunak in the 18th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Tayfur Işıklar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Istanbul Bosphorus's supporters rose to their feet, but Tayfur Işıklar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mehdi Bahar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 23rd minute, Cemal Samir made a precise shot to the right of Mehdi Bahar. Saray's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Saray's goalkeeper Mehdi Bahar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gazi Keşif struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Hüseyin İlksen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saray. Arda Özsan charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arda Özsan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Istanbul Bosphorus's Arda Özsan got a free kick in the 35th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cüneyd Özkut in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mehdi Bahar prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cüneyd Özkut was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match Süruri Yeler sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mehdi Bahar skillfully saved the ball. Cüneyd Özkut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Saray's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Cemal Samir scored to the left of an out of position Mehdi Bahar, making the score, 0-2. Hüseyin İlksen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gazi Keşif, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. When Gazi Keşif, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 67 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Hüseyin İlksen was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Cüneyd Özkut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Mehdi Bahar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hüseyin İlksen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gazi Keşif in the 83rd minute of play. The supporters of Istanbul Bosphorus booed when Saray was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kubilay Öksak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hüseyin İlksen came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Saray's Gazi Keşif. But to his dismay, Gazi Keşif quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Istanbul Bosphorus eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
