When Serbülent Dağtekin fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aslanapa FK's protests and gave Serbülent Dağtekin a yellow card for diving instead. Serbülent Dağtekin hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. After having played for 7 minutes, Arkın Hitit managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aslanapa FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arkın Hitit was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 10th minute Arkın Hitit shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duman Özozan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yunus Rafettin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cebrail Uludağ having to interfere. Serbülent Dağtekin hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. If Yunus Rafettin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dilmen İlkut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Duman Özozan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dilmen İlkut hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Duman Özozan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dilmen İlkut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the match, Yozgat's goal looked a bit too open when Arkın Hitit came free, but Duman Özozan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Celal Yiğitcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Yozgat's Kutluay Eyüp got a free kick in the 28th minute. Celal Yiğitcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Cebrail Uludağ tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dilmen İlkut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Duman Özozan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arkın Hitit in the 40th minute of play. Duman Özozan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dilmen İlkut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 44 minutes Yozgat's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Arda Göksel Okboğa who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Arda Göksel Okboğa almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Yozgat's Duman Özozan did a great save. In the 46th match minute, Aslanapa FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serbülent Dağtekin to maneuver through the defense. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dilmen İlkut was the one to do the kick off. Yozgat's Kutluay Eyüp got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Çağrı Egelioğlu hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute Yunus Rafettin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cebrail Uludağ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Duman Özozan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dilmen İlkut, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. A collision led to Yozgat getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Kutluay Eyüp hit a great ball. Arkın Hitit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duman Özozan having to interfere. If Celal Yiğitcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The long shot by Bahri Yücesan in the 75th minute really tested Duman Özozan's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Dilmen İlkut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Duman Özozan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arkın Hitit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duman Özozan having to interfere. Duman Özozan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arkın Hitit in the 87th minute. The supporters of Yozgat booed when Aslanapa FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vefa Saver didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle went the supporters of Aslanapa FK were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Yozgat side.
