Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Silifke SK's Paşa Ali Yergin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Ensar Tezel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 13 played minutes Paşa Ali Yergin rounded FC AnKaRa's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. A collision led to Silifke SK getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Gökçe İmruz hit a great ball. When Paşa Ali Yergin came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Silifke SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paşa Ali Yergin couldn't finish the play. Gökay Taştan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Batı Sağanalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, FC AnKaRa's Hakan Yükselir sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gökay Taştan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 32nd minute Paşa Ali Yergin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baybars Benlioğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ensar Tezel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Baybars Benlioğlu made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Paşa Ali Yergin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baybars Benlioğlu was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. Silifke SK's Gökay Taştan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Batı Sağanalp in the 46th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Batı Sağanalp was the one to do the kick off. If Ensar Tezel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baybars Benlioğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paşa Ali Yergin in the 60th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, FC AnKaRa's goal looked a bit too open when Paşa Ali Yergin came free, but Baybars Benlioğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Silifke SK booed when FC AnKaRa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atahan Haseki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baybars Benlioğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ensar Tezel in the 67th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Paşa Ali Yergin notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of FC AnKaRa's Baybars Benlioğlu. Baybars Benlioğlu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hakan Yükselir's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 80thth minute, Gökay Taştan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Ensar Tezel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Paşa Ali Yergin took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Baybars Benlioğlu. Baybars Benlioğlu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Silifke SK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FC AnKaRa for a fine match.
