The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Günay Pertev made the kick off in the second half. When Orhun Yağızkurt fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored İstanbul Juniors FC's protests and gave Orhun Yağızkurt a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Atasehir booed when İstanbul Juniors FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orhun Yağızkurt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ali Hamza Adanır made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emre Kaya in the 55th minute of play. Ali Hamza Adanır showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Günay Pertev in the 56th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emre Kaya in the 59th minute of play forced İstanbul Juniors FC's goalkeeper Ali Hamza Adanır to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 62 minutes, Günay Pertev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After a rather tough play, Atasehir's Baran Uğurlu got a free kick in the 75th minute. When Arda Baybars Heybetli came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the İstanbul Juniors FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arda Baybars Heybetli couldn't finish the play. İstanbul Juniors FC's Ali Hamza Adanır played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Okan Oğuzhan in the 88th minute of play. Arda Baybars Heybetli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Atasehir were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
