Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Abdi Saygın Baytekin took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Bornova getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Talha Akkanoğlu hit a great ball. Sarp Erginer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Raşit Akçam made a huge save. Demiralp Uyaralp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Talha Akkanoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Talha Akkanoğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Demiralp Uyaralp. Kurucasile FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Talha Akkanoğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 13th minute Márcio de Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demiralp Uyaralp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Márcio de Alcântara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Talha Akkanoğlu might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Demiralp Uyaralp. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Talha Akkanoğlu ran back to his position shaking his head. When Márcio de Alcântara came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Bornova fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Márcio de Alcântara couldn't finish the play. After 19 played minutes Kurucasile FK got a freekick which was hit by Sarp Erginer. The audience was convinced that Fikret Ümran's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Demiralp Uyaralp was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Yavuz Bülent Terzioğlu hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 28th match minute, Bornova was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Güralp Ongel to maneuver through the defense. Demiralp Uyaralp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Márcio de Alcântara in the 33rd minute of the match. Fikret Ümran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Demiralp Uyaralp having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdi Saygın Baytekin in the 45th minute of play forced Bornova's goalkeeper Raşit Akçam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abdi Saygın Baytekin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Talha Akkanoğlu to strike the kick off in the second half. Raşit Akçam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdi Saygın Baytekin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Demiralp Uyaralp made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Güralp Ongel sent off a good shot on target. Talha Akkanoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Demiralp Uyaralp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Yavuz Bülent Terzioğlu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kurucasile FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. If Márcio de Alcântara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute, Sarp Erginer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Márcio de Alcântara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Demiralp Uyaralp made a huge save. Talha Akkanoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Márcio de Alcântara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Demiralp Uyaralp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kurucasile FK's goalkeeper Demiralp Uyaralp, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Márcio de Alcântara struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Demiralp Uyaralp didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bornova. After a rather tough play, Kurucasile FK's Ziya Kazakhan got a free kick in the 85th minute. Talha Akkanoğlu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Demiralp Uyaralp having to make a save. With a little luck, Kurucasile FK's Demiralp Uyaralp got control of the ball when Márcio de Alcântara tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 96th minute, Abdi Saygın Baytekin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raşit Akçam was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. The Bornova players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Kurucasile FK from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
