The crowd rose to their feet as Kilyos SK's Yetkin Talat slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ahmet Reha Tahsin. That made the score 2-0 after 21 minutes of play. If Fazıl Selahaddin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Yüce Reyyan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aytekin Özertem was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. After 33 played minutes Kilyos SK got a freekick which was hit by Taha Belen. Celtikci FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yüce Reyyan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 72ndth minute of the game Hami Heybetli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kilyos SK's Aytekin Özertem was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aytekin Özertem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Refik Halit Tublek, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After 80 minutes of play Celtikci FK's Menderes Köklem was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Kilyos SK's Aytekin Özertem proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Kilyos SK from getting a goal against them. Kilyos SK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Refik Halit Tublek scored to the left of an out of position Aytekin Özertem, making the score, 2-1. Yüce Reyyan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kilyos SK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
