Rıdvan Tuz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gümüşsuyu SK. Derviş İltemir kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Erman Toktimurs short, quick shot in the 8thth minute got Serhat Özdeş to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Serhat Özdeş took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Efe Suersan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Develi booed when Gümüşsuyu SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evren Tuncay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Serhat Özdeş made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Erman Toktimur sent off a good shot on target. Enver Yıldıray recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mehmet Efe Suersan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Serhat Özdeş having to make a save. Serhat Özdeş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Efe Suersan in the 22nd minute of play. If Enver Yıldıray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Mehmet Efe Suersan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Gümüşsuyu SK's Evren Tuncay got a free kick in the 28th minute. Mehmet Efe Suersan struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Gümüşsuyu SK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mehmet Emin Yıldızhan ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Mehmet Emin Yıldızhan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Serhat Özdeş quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 44 minutes into the match, Cumali Direm notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Gümüşsuyu SK's Serhat Özdeş. Serhat Özdeş was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

If Erman Toktimur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erman Toktimur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Serhat Özdeş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gümüşsuyu SK's goalkeeper Serhat Özdeş, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 61 minutes, Mehmet Efe Suersan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Develi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mehmet Efe Suersan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Erman Toktimur came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Develi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erman Toktimur couldn't finish the play. Mehmet Efe Suersan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Serhat Özdeş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erman Toktimur's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Serhat Özdeş read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. When Develi's Erman Toktimur, in the 86th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Develi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Efe Suersan in the 87th minute of play forced Gümüşsuyu SK's goalkeeper Serhat Özdeş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Gümüşsuyu SK getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Umur İlcan hit a great ball. Serhat Özdeş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erman Toktimur in the 96th minute of the match. Develi's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
