Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tahsin Baykal took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Dumlupinar booed when Atkaracalar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egemen Yeler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vehdi Vala took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Güney Tunçkılıç. Güney Tunçkılıç dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tahsin Baykal in the 9th minute of play forced Dumlupinar's goalkeeper Güney Tunçkılıç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Dumlupinar's goalkeeper Güney Tunçkılıç had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vehdi Vala. Vehdi Vala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Güney Tunçkılıç having to interfere. Güney Tunçkılıç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tahsin Baykal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the game, Mahmut Kırca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dumlupinar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atkaracalar the free kick. Güney Tunçkılıç stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tahsin Baykal's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute, Vehdi Vala made a precise shot to the right of Güney Tunçkılıç. Dumlupinar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. 24 minutes into the game, Tahsin Baykal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Güney Tunçkılıç. Tahsin Baykal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Ömer Rıza Beykan came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Dumlupinar's İlyas Gencal. But to his dismay, İlyas Gencal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Vehdi Vala recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
After 53 minutes, İlmi İlter mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atkaracalar and the Dumlupinar players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Atkaracalar's İlmi İlter got a free kick in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mahmut Kırca in the 56th minute of play forced Atkaracalar's goalkeeper Ömer Rıza Beykan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Atkaracalar's zone, Hacı Ali Mehmet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ömer Rıza Beykan came out of the goal and Hacı Ali Mehmet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vehdi Vala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Güney Tunçkılıç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dumlupinar's Ahmet Seyfi Afgan shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 71st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ömer Rıza Beykan but with some difficulty. Okan Özbilen hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Dumlupinar's zone, Tahsin Baykal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Güney Tunçkılıç came out of the goal and Tahsin Baykal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ömer Rıza Beykan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mahmut Kırca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When İlyas Gencal came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Dumlupinar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that İlyas Gencal couldn't finish the play. Güney Tunçkılıç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tahsin Baykal in the 86th minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, Ekber Maksut was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dumlupinar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atkaracalar the free kick. A collision led to Dumlupinar getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Ekber Maksut hit a great ball. Güney Tunçkılıç came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Atkaracalar's Vehdi Vala. But to his dismay, Vehdi Vala quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Atkaracalar fans cheered their team off the field, for while Dumlupinar had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
