Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Hıdır Yağan started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Baturalp Şahistan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Yakup Kadri İmren. Biga's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 4 minutes, Alphan Oğuzalp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kütahyaspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alphan Oğuzalp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Biga's Hıdır Yağan pulled a muscle in his back after 7 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Muhsin Aydoğdu fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kütahyaspor's protests and gave Muhsin Aydoğdu a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kütahyaspor fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 7th minute. Penalty! In the 10th minute there was a penalty for Biga. Zekai Açar stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cevat Ulunay. 1-0. In the 17th minute, Refik Şahinalp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erkan Muammer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Yakup Kadri İmren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alphan Oğuzalp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yakup Kadri İmren came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Kütahyaspor's Erkan Muammer. But to his dismay, Erkan Muammer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 42nd minute, Kütahyaspor's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mustafa Haydar Ergüner fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 42nd minute, Mustafa Haydar Demirkan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute, one of Biga:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Biga. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erkan Muammer to strike the kick off in the second half. When Rahmi İrfan fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Biga's protests and gave Rahmi İrfan a yellow card for diving instead. After 54 played minutes Biga got a freekick which was hit by Rahmi İrfan. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erkan Muammer in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yakup Kadri İmren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yakup Kadri İmren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ayberk Yavuzhan in the 59th minute of the match. Erkan Muammer might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yakup Kadri İmren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erkan Muammer ran back to his position shaking his head. Alphan Oğuzalp took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yakup Kadri İmren. Yakup Kadri İmren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Alphan Oğuzalp's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Yakup Kadri İmren firmly grabbed it by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alphan Oğuzalp got free with Yakup Kadri İmren in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Erkan Muammer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Biga's zone, Refik Şahinalp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yakup Kadri İmren came out of the goal and Refik Şahinalp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erkan Muammer in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yakup Kadri İmren saved Biga from getting behind. After 88 played minutes Biga got a freekick which was hit by Rahmi İrfan. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alphan Oğuzalp got free with Yakup Kadri İmren in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Erkan Muammer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kütahyaspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Erkan Muammer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yakup Kadri İmren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alphan Oğuzalp blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yakup Kadri İmren having to make a save. Biga's Yakup Kadri İmren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erkan Muammer in the 98th minute of play. When the match was over Kütahyaspor could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Biga throughout the match.
