Zülfikar İcmal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 24th minute, Halil İbrahim Özdoruk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute Muzaffer Tanacan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zülfikar İcmal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Orçun Dilşad could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Bayhan Korkutalp made a huge save. In the 30th minute, Muzaffer Tanacan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Muzaffer Tanacan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zülfikar İcmal was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Muzaffer Tanacan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alican Coşkun to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Saray was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Çağatay İstanbullu to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 67 minutes, Şemsettin Samih managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Akcakale SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Şemsettin Samih was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Akcakale SK's Alkın Oba got a free kick in the 71st minute. After recieving a nice pass, Saray's Kartal Savaş tried to score from far away in the 72nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 79th minute Orçun Dilşad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bayhan Korkutalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute Alican Coşkun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bayhan Korkutalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alican Coşkun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Saray's Zülfikar İcmal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Muzaffer Tanacan in the 93rd minute of play. In the 97th minute Alican Coşkun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bayhan Korkutalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Saray fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Akcakale SK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
