Fehmi Özbas succeeded in the game's 3rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. When Rüştü Toker fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ürüng Ayıg Toyon's protests and gave Rüştü Toker a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Güzelyali FK booed when Ürüng Ayıg Toyon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rüştü Toker didn't get a good kick on the ball. Güzelyali FK's Aybar Türkşen got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ürüng Ayıg Toyon's Şenel Elmacı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aybar Türkşen in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Ürüng Ayıg Toyon's Orhan Veli Azimli seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Orhan Veli Azimli the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Ürüng Ayıg Toyon protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Orhan Veli Azimli had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee gave Güzelyali FK a penalty, 22 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mustafa Oğuz Başoğlu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ürüng Ayıg Toyon's Şenel Elmacı. 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Güzelyali FK's zone, Suphi Baykam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sakut Berin came out of the goal and Suphi Baykam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Göksun Yücetekin kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Aybar Türkşen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Şenel Elmacı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 33 played minutes Ürüng Ayıg Toyon got a freekick which was hit by Namık Aydemir. In the 35th minute, Aybar Türkşen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Güzelyali FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Aybar Türkşen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Şenel Elmacı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fikret Türkmen might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Şenel Elmacı. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fikret Türkmen ran back to his position shaking his head. Güzelyali FK's Göksun Yücetekin got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Ürüng Ayıg Toyon players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Güzelyali FK were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aybar Türkşen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bekir Enver kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Şenel Elmacı didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aybar Türkşen went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. After 65 played minutes Güzelyali FK got a freekick which was hit by Göksun Yücetekin. Güzelyali FK's Sakut Berin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Suphi Baykam in the 66th minute of play. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Ürüng Ayıg Toyon's goalkeeper Şenel Elmacı, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 72 minutes into the match, Güzelyali FK's goal looked a bit too open when Suphi Baykam came free, but Sakut Berin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Güzelyali FK's Fehmi Özbas got a free kick in the 73rd minute. İlyas Tolga Çavlı hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Ürüng Ayıg Toyon's Şenel Elmacı proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Ürüng Ayıg Toyon from getting a goal against them. Fikret Türkmen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aybar Türkşen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Şenel Elmacı made a huge save. Güzelyali FK's Aybar Türkşen got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Suphi Baykam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sakut Berin having to interfere. When the match was over Güzelyali FK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ürüng Ayıg Toyon throughout the match.
