After 19 minutes, Sermet Nazım mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Marmaris FK and the ÇEÇENGÜCÜ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 47 minutes, Gökhan Zeyyat mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ÇEÇENGÜCÜ and the Marmaris FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to ÇEÇENGÜCÜ getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Gökhan Zeyyat hit a great ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ahmet Reha Kalgay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by ÇEÇENGÜCÜ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Hurşit Zafir was slow to take the kick. During this time Marmaris FK's players had a chance to rest. In the 60th minute, Çetin Kırman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. ÇEÇENGÜCÜ's Çetin Kırman got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ali Çağrı Ruşen got free with Şeray Usbay in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 71 minutes, Ahmet Reha Kalgay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
