Ahmet Arif Rahim charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ahmet Arif Rahim the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 10th minute, Ahmet Arif Rahim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 11 minutes into the game, Ali Atıf Zeyyat was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. EVRENSPOR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave çağan the free kick. After a rather tough play, EVRENSPOR's Ali Atıf Zeyyat got a free kick in the 11th minute. İbrahim Ethem Fırat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Arif Rahim in the 16th minute of play. Nadir Tanyeri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kuddusî Şevki having to interfere. When EVRENSPOR's Asrın İribaş in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye çağan's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to çağan getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Gani Yenay hit a great ball. İbrahim Ethem Fırat came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by EVRENSPOR's Gürel Torehan. But to his dismay, Gürel Torehan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 33 minutes into the match, Gürel Torehan notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of çağan's İbrahim Ethem Fırat. İbrahim Ethem Fırat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gürel Torehan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. İbrahim Ethem Fırat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 45 minutes, Hasan Hüseyin Ünüvar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. çağan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hasan Hüseyin Ünüvar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ahmet Arif Rahim blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without İbrahim Ethem Fırat having to make a save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gürel Torehan to make the kick off. çağan's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Gürel Torehan scored to the left of an out of position İbrahim Ethem Fırat, making the score, 0-4. İbrahim Ethem Fırat was a little too slow when Gürel Torehan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 0-5. Durmuş Sökmener struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. İbrahim Ethem Fırat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for EVRENSPOR. 72 minutes into the match, çağan's goalkeeper İbrahim Ethem Fırat had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Asrın İribaş. If Asrın İribaş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 77 minutes into the game, Nadir Tanyeri cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Kuddusî Şevki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind EVRENSPOR's goalkeeper Kuddusî Şevki, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ahmet Arif Rahim struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. İbrahim Ethem Fırat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for EVRENSPOR. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gürel Torehan during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 89th match minute, EVRENSPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gürel Torehan to maneuver through the defense. Asrın İribaş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 94 played minutes çağan got a freekick which was hit by Birdal Irgatbaşı. The çağan fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. EVRENSPOR were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
