The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fatih Özbay was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Yusuf Tuner showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. Yusuf Tuner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yusuf Tuner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fatih Özbay having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Güntekin Öz in the 27th minute of play forced Adalar SK's goalkeeper Doğukan Erşahan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erol Tezer during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Adalar SK getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Erol Tezer hit a great ball. Bayhan Demiralp blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Doğukan Erşahan having to make a save. If Bayhan Demiralp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Haşim Turhan's late challenge caught a Adalar SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ahmet Haşim Turhan helped the player get up and apologised. Ahmet Haşim Turhan kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Fatih Özbay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yusuf Tuner in the 39th minute of the match. Şükrü Rical took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fatih Özbay. Fatih Özbay dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bayhan Demiralp in the 49th minute of play forced Adalar SK's goalkeeper Doğukan Erşahan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

After having played for 53 minutes, Ahmet Haşim Turhan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ümraniye SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Haşim Turhan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Güntekin Öz got free with Doğukan Erşahan in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 57th minute, Bayhan Demiralp fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Doğukan Erşahan, passed just outside the right post. 58 minutes into the game, one of Adalar SK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Şükrü Rical had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Şükrü Rical received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Fatih Özbay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Ümraniye SK booed when Adalar SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enver Batı didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bayhan Demiralp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Doğukan Erşahan made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Vahdet Okutman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Adalar SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Vahdet Okutman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fatih Özbay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fatih Özbay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şükrü Rical in the 84th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bayhan Demiralp in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Doğukan Erşahan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Enver Batı hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Batu Cem Derdiyok struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Doğukan Erşahan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ümraniye SK. Serter Özsan's late challenge caught a Ümraniye SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Serter Özsan helped the player get up and apologised. Serter Özsan kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. When Güntekin Öz came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Ümraniye SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Güntekin Öz couldn't finish the play. Adalar SK's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
