Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hafız Demirkan took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Göktürk Ocakçı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Servet Akçan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Göktürk Ocakçı, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Yıldırım Naim kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Erdal Taykoç. That made the score 1-1 in the 11 minute of play. Resul Lefter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yıldırım Naim in the 23rd minute of play forced Cihangir SK's goalkeeper Erdal Taykoç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute, Cahit Karabey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to FC Durdunited getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Cevdet Tunçkılıç hit a great ball. Mutlu Yalazabey charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mutlu Yalazabey the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 30th minute, one of FC Durdunited:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Durdunited. Resul Lefter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Erdal Taykoç made a huge save. Yıldırım Naim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Erdal Taykoç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Yıldırım Naim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Resul Lefter's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erdal Taykoç read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Resul Lefter who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 45thth minute tested the skills of Erdal Taykoç when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Servet Akçan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Göktürk Ocakçı in the 48th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yıldırım Naim made a kick off. Yıldırım Naim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erdal Taykoç having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yıldırım Naim in the 62nd minute of play forced Cihangir SK's goalkeeper Erdal Taykoç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute, Yıldırım Naim left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Durdunited fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. When Cevdet Erokay fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cihangir SK's protests and gave Cevdet Erokay a yellow card for diving instead. Cevdet Erokay hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. 80 minutes into the match, Yıldırım Naim notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Cihangir SK's Erdal Taykoç. Erdal Taykoç was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Cihangir SK booed when FC Durdunited was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Durmuş Aygüneş didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, FC Durdunited's Servet Akçan got control of the ball when Göktürk Ocakçı tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 93 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cihangir SK! The referee gave FC Durdunited a penalty, 95 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Faruk Server, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cihangir SK's Erdal Taykoç. 5-1. Göktürk Ocakçı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Durdunited's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
