Berat Tükel hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute, Raşit Özker left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gürpinar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 10 minutes, Arif Gaffar Şenol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eskigümüş United and the Gürpinar players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Eskigümüş United getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Arif Gaffar Şenol hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Eskigümüş United defense, Raşit Özker kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emre Şahtürk. The Eskigümüş United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emre Şahtürk should have stopped the shot. When Berat Tükel fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gürpinar's protests and gave Berat Tükel a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st minute, Berat Tükel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remzi Delioğlu in the 27th minute of play forced Gürpinar's goalkeeper Halil İbrahim Atacan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Halil İbrahim Atacan had great luck who in the 27thth minute grab hold of the ball when Remzi Delioğlu from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Bedirhan Kiram kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Gürpinar's zone, Doruk User stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Halil İbrahim Atacan came out of the goal and Doruk User tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emre Şahtürk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berat Tükel in the 38th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Namık Kemal Özinan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emre Şahtürk was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Ateş Şendoğan hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Halil İbrahim Atacan made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Arif Gaffar Şenol sent off a good shot on target. In the 48th minute, Namık Kemal Özinan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gürpinar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4.

The audience was convinced that Berat Tükel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emre Şahtürk was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. Namık Kemal Özinan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Emre Şahtürk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eskigümüş United's Emre Şahtürk tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 75th minute, Remzi Delioğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute, Namık Kemal Özinan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Emre Şahtürk. The goal made the score 1-6. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Eskigümüş United's goalkeeper Emre Şahtürk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bilal Memduh hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. When Gürpinar's Namık Kemal Özinan in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When Savaşer Gökalp fell near the penalty area in the 98th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eskigümüş United's protests and gave Savaşer Gökalp a yellow card for diving instead. Savaşer Gökalp kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. When Celil Oytunç came up free with the goalie in the 99th minute, the Gürpinar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celil Oytunç couldn't finish the play. Gürpinar played a much better game than Eskigümüş United and deserved their victory. The Eskigümüş United players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
