Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Cayiralan's Ahmet Vefik Şıran started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute of the match Karadeniz Ötüken sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cemil Öksüzoğlu skillfully saved the ball. When Bilkent's Asaf Bayazid in 5 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Songurhan Bucuklu guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After 9 minutes, Ramiz Tunçaslan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bilkent and the Cayiralan players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 9th minute, Ramiz Tunçaslan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cemil Öksüzoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alkın Cezri in the 12th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mustafa Hamit Reyyan during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Cayiralan booed when Bilkent was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa Hamit Reyyan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute, Alkın Cezri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cayiralan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Bilkent's Asaf Bayazid got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Şensoy Işık sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Şensoy Işık fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Songurhan Bucuklu having to interfere. Mustafa Barış Karay's late challenge caught a Bilkent's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mustafa Barış Karay helped the player get up and apologised. If Asaf Bayazid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Songurhan Bucuklu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Şensoy Işık went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 34 minutes in the game, Asaf Bayazid fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Songurhan Bucuklu having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 36th minute by Asaf Bayazid got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asaf Bayazid in the 40th minute of play forced Cayiralan's goalkeeper Songurhan Bucuklu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Asaf Bayazid got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Songurhan Bucuklu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Asaf Bayazid, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute Şensoy Işık shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Songurhan Bucuklu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alkın Cezri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Asaf Bayazid in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Songurhan Bucuklu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cayiralan's Mustafa Barış Karay got his second yellow card of the match in the 66th minute. The referee ordered Mustafa Barış Karay off the ground. Alkın Cezri's late challenge caught a Bilkent's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. When Şensoy Işık came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Bilkent fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Şensoy Işık couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Cayiralan getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Sezgin Onsoy hit a great ball.
