The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to SuudiFirtina getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Mecnun Özbek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fikret İlsev took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mecnun Özbek. Mecnun Özbek dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. During the 35th minute of the match Rasim Aydınalp completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Rasim Aydınalp a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 35th minute, one of SuudiFirtina:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SuudiFirtina. Metehan Tanacan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mecnun Özbek having to make a save. Atilla Artuç blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hacı Özpolat having to make a save. The SuudiFirtina players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Aladag SK were winning 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Atilla Artuç to strike the kick off in the second half. Aladag SK's Hacı Özpolat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdülhak Taşdemir in the 53rd minute of play. Fikret İlsev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Metehan Tanacan did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-5 to the left of a surprised Mecnun Özbek 57 minutes into the match. When Metehan Tanacan fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aladag SK's protests and gave Metehan Tanacan a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Aladag SK getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. When Battal Nizami fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SuudiFirtina's protests and gave Battal Nizami a yellow card for diving instead. Arslan Saadettin, 67 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Fikret İlsev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Metehan Tanacan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mecnun Özbek came out and tried to block the shot, but Metehan Tanacan slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 72nd minute. If Atilla Artuç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fikret İlsev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mecnun Özbek having to interfere.
