Rıdvan Özkul blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hamit Özguner having to make a save. Yavuz Bülent Balcı charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The Erzin fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Erzin's Baki Eyüpoğlu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Rıdvan Özkul received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hamit Özguner came out and tried to block the shot, but Rıdvan Özkul slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 16th minute. Arda Göksel Rezzak struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Ziya Cerit didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Erzin. 23 minutes into the match, Ercis FK's goal looked a bit too open when Baki Eyüpoğlu came free, but Ziya Cerit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Yasin Ersunal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ejder Oray kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Ziya Cerit stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Baki Eyüpoğlu's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. A collision led to Ercis FK getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Ejder Oray hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arda Göksel Rezzak in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ziya Cerit prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 41 minutes, Arda Göksel Rezzak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Erzin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arda Göksel Rezzak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baki Eyüpoğlu struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Ziya Cerit didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Erzin. Ziya Cerit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arda Göksel Rezzak in the 45th minute of play. Ahmet Ceyhan Veysi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamit Özguner having to interfere.

If Yasin Ersunal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 59 played minutes Erzin got a freekick which was hit by Yavuz Bülent Balcı. After 66 minutes, Alparslan Satıbey mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ercis FK and the Erzin players grew even worse after the yellow card. 72 minutes into the match, Ercis FK's goalkeeper Ziya Cerit had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baki Eyüpoğlu. Baki Eyüpoğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Ziya Cerit made a huge save. Ercis FK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Baki Eyüpoğlu scored to the left of an out of position Ziya Cerit, making the score, 1-3. 93 minutes into the match, Ercis FK's goalkeeper Ziya Cerit had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baki Eyüpoğlu. Ziya Cerit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arda Göksel Rezzak, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The Ercis FK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Erzin's performance. The match ended with a win for Erzin.
