The supporters of Ayranci SK booed when Varto FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Atıf Nurdag didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bora Talu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arda Göksel Argun, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arda Göksel Argun in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bora Talu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Basri Baysungur's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bora Talu was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kudret Kartal got free with Sait Azimoğlu in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Arda Göksel Argun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The tension between the Varto FK and the Ayranci SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 40 played minutes Varto FK got a freekick which was hit by Mutlu Nurullah. In the 45th minute, Kudret Kartal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Arda Göksel Argun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Varto FK were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ahmet Hafiz Malik to make the kick off. Arda Göksel Argun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bora Talu having to interfere. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ayranci SK's goalkeeper Bora Talu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 62nd minute Basri Baysungur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bora Talu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. During the 68th minute of the match Mutlu Nurullah completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Mutlu Nurullah a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Ayranci SK booed when Varto FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mutlu Nurullah didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ayranci SK's Cezmi Özertem couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 69th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Varto FK. A collision led to Ayranci SK getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Abdurrezzak Subutay hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ayranci SK's zone, Arda Göksel Argun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bora Talu came out of the goal and Arda Göksel Argun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Arda Göksel Argun fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Varto FK's protests and gave Arda Göksel Argun a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ayranci SK booed when Varto FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arda Göksel Argun didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arda Göksel Argun got free with Bora Talu in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 95 minutes into the match, Varto FK's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Hafiz Malik came free, but Sait Azimoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Beşir Civanmert hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. If Kudret Kartal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Varto FK played a much better game than Ayranci SK and deserved their victory. The Ayranci SK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
