Bektaş Ali Batı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fethi Tarık in the 14th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Ali Emir Serimer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Kunter Hürsev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Kavakpınarı SK's zone, Kunter Hürsev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Önder Avşaroğlu came out of the goal and Kunter Hürsev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Izmit JK getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Mustafa Anıl Celilay hit a great ball. 0-1 became the score in the 35th minute when Şahin Yalınay elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 39th minute, Kunter Hürsev fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Önder Avşaroğlu, passed just outside the right post. Önder Avşaroğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kunter Hürsev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lütfullah İpekdal hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Onur Aynacı fired a really elegant long shot, but Önder Avşaroğlu threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Önder Avşaroğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Emir Serimer in the 55th minute of the match. A collision led to Kavakpınarı SK getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Vahap Evcimen hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şahin Yalınay in the 66th minute of play forced Izmit JK's goalkeeper Bektaş Ali Batı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ali Emir Serimer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Önder Avşaroğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Emir Serimer in the 72nd minute of play. After 73 played minutes Kavakpınarı SK got a freekick which was hit by Ayberk Kutlualp. Kunter Hürsev struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Önder Avşaroğlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Izmit JK. In the 77th minute, Göksel Okbudun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bektaş Ali Batı had great luck who in the 83rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Şahin Yalınay from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After a rather tough play, Kavakpınarı SK's Hızır Bağcıoğlu got a free kick in the 88th minute. Ali Emir Serimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Önder Avşaroğlu having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Kavakpınarı SK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
