Emirhan Ilgınlı started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dilaver Abay during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Yenimahalle JK booed when Bor FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dilaver Abay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yenimahalle JK's Cabbar Korur couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 4th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Bor FK. In the 6th minute, Emirhan Ilgınlı fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Altan Vahat, passed just outside the right post. Sezer Erek charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sezer Erek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Bor FK booed when Yenimahalle JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sezer Erek didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 13 played minutes Yenimahalle JK got a freekick which was hit by Sezer Erek. Sezer Erek hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Yağızalp Kutsalmis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akay Bozkaya having to interfere. Ayvaz Uruk charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ayvaz Uruk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Yağızalp Kutsalmis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Akay Bozkaya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kayacan Vahap to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Yağızalp Kutsalmis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Akay Bozkaya. Yenimahalle JK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yağızalp Kutsalmis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. If Kayacan Vahap had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cabbar Korur's late challenge caught a Bor FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cabbar Korur helped the player get up and apologised. The audience was convinced that Kayacan Vahap's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Akay Bozkaya was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. Altan Vahat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emirhan Ilgınlı in the 75th minute of play. The supporters of Yenimahalle JK booed when Bor FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mevlüt Şenalp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yenimahalle JK's Namık Kemal Özçevik got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 92nd minute, Emirhan Ilgınlı got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Bor FK getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Faik Tamer hit a great ball. 99 minutes into the match, Yenimahalle JK's Cabbar Korur broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Bor FK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
