Mücahit Onural who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 3rdth minute tested the skills of Uygur Kayrar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Erdal Temizel struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Hami Uğurhan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Balat. Erdal Temizel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Orhan Seyfi Saltuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reşat Kadrihan in the 15th minute of play forced Kepez's goalkeeper Hami Uğurhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute Reşat Kadrihan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hami Uğurhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28thth minute of the game Orhan Seyfi Saltuk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kepez's Hami Uğurhan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
