Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Derik's Anıl Mücahit Demirdelen started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cezmi Sayyad charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cezmi Sayyad the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 6 played minutes Derik got a freekick which was hit by Cezmi Sayyad. Nedim Kuter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berker Rıza Malkoç having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Yavuz Oğuzcan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yıldırım Üster was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 23rd minute, Nedim Kuter fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 25 played minutes Derik got a freekick which was hit by Gürkan Kutlughan. Veysel Ağırtaş, 26 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Derik's Berker Rıza Malkoç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nedim Kuter in the 28th minute of play. After 30 minutes Derik's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Veysel Ağırtaş who took care of the corner kick. Recai Orus tried in the game's 30th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Berker Rıza Malkoç. An annoying self made goal, 1-1. When Karasu FK's Nedim Kuter in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Derik's goalie prevented a goal. Yavuz Oğuzcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Yıldırım Üster tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Yavuz Oğuzcan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Derik's supporters rose to their feet, but Yavuz Oğuzcan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yıldırım Üster breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee felt a red card was in order, 43 minutes into the game, when Barbaros Özyuva put in a rough tackle. The referee gave Derik a penalty, 45 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Baha Bayar, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Karasu FK's Yıldırım Üster. 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Numan Atatuğ stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50th match minute, Derik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anıl Hisar to maneuver through the defense. In the 53rd minute of the match Nedim Kuter sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Berker Rıza Malkoç skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Karasu FK getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Tevfik Ercan hit a great ball. When Derik's Anıl Mücahit Demirdelen, in the 58th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Derik. Anıl Mücahit Demirdelen struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Yıldırım Üster didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Derik. Yıldırım Üster made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anıl Mücahit Demirdelen in the 69th minute of play. Yavuz Oğuzcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yavuz Oğuzcan got free with Yıldırım Üster in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Yavuz Oğuzcan struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Yıldırım Üster didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Derik. Berker Rıza Malkoç came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Karasu FK's Numan Atatuğ. But to his dismay, Numan Atatuğ quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Berker Rıza Malkoç showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesur Muhsin, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 90th minute Fikri Tahir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yıldırım Üster saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Cesur Muhsin notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Derik's Berker Rıza Malkoç. Berker Rıza Malkoç was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Karasu FK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
