Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Durmuş Kayrabay started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Sultanhisar's zone, Ertuğrul Yalçıner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdurrezzak Taşel came out of the goal and Ertuğrul Yalçıner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Halit Fahri Mümtaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdurrezzak Taşel having to interfere. 14 minutes into the game, Atahan Dursunali was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sultanhisar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cekerek the free kick. The supporters of Cekerek booed when Sultanhisar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şehzade Zirve didn't get a good kick on the ball. Naim Onuk was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 18th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Eren Özbir took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Murat Selim Eraslan. Cekerek's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Durmuş Kayrabay took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Murat Selim Eraslan. Murat Selim Eraslan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Uğurcan Ganim during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Murat Selim Eraslan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Durmuş Kayrabay in the 35th minute of the match. Murat Selim Eraslan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atahan Dursunali in the 37th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when İskender Tokuzer got free with Abdurrezzak Taşel in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Semail Beytekin struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Murat Selim Eraslan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sultanhisar.

Ertuğrul Yalçıner might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abdurrezzak Taşel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ertuğrul Yalçıner ran back to his position shaking his head. If Halit Fahri Mümtaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Durmuş Kayrabay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 85 played minutes Cekerek got a freekick which was hit by Naim Onuk. Eren Özbir, 86 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 87th minute, Çetin Taze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 90 minutes into the game, Sultanhisar's Semail Beytekin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Murat Selim Eraslan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. The Sultanhisar supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sultanhisar would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
