With a little luck, KaraKartal1903 FC's Veysel Oğuzata got control of the ball when Hami Behram tried to sneak it across the goal line. Akay Yeğiner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nurtekin Altunhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İsmail Cem Belge in the 36th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tibet Temel in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nurtekin Altunhan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. İsmail Cem Belge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nurtekin Altunhan having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Görkem Temcit during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
