Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Sarigöl's Ulu Vacip started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Songurbey Metehan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fahri Hazlan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bekir Akgündüz kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. If Songurbey Metehan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sarigöl's Fahri Hazlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Songurbey Metehan in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Batuğ Gelenbe in the 14th minute of play forced Gürün SK's goalkeeper Balaban Şahbazoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fahri Hazlan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Gündüz Ertaş in the 18th minute. Ahmet Gündüz Ertaş could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Fahri Hazlan made a huge save. Balaban Şahbazoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Batuğ Gelenbe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Sarigöl getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Yağız Ağaoğlu hit a great ball. After having played for 37 minutes, Hacı Ali Bekata managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sarigöl's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hacı Ali Bekata was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Gürün SK's Gökalp Mecit got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 39th minute of the match İlkan Seyfi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Balaban Şahbazoğlu skillfully saved the ball. 43 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gürün SK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. İlkan Seyfi was slow to take the kick. During this time Sarigöl's players had a chance to rest. Batuğ Gelenbe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Balaban Şahbazoğlu having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 69th minute, Songurbey Metehan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 73rd minute, Batuğ Gelenbe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Balaban Şahbazoğlu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by İlkan Seyfi during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 84th minute, one of Sarigöl:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sarigöl. Şentürk Ruşeni's late challenge caught a Gürün SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Şentürk Ruşeni helped the player get up and apologised. After 89 played minutes Sarigöl got a freekick which was hit by Şentürk Ruşeni. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Batuğ Gelenbe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sarigöl's supporters rose to their feet, but Batuğ Gelenbe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Balaban Şahbazoğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Balaban Şahbazoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulu Vacip in the 99th minute of play.
