Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Ahmet Bedri Çetinsu kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Safranbolu's goal looked a bit too open when Cevher Sarvan came free, but Kamuran İbiş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 11 minutes into the game, Ali Güralp Ruhsat was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Safranbolu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Edirnekapi the free kick. After a rather tough play, Safranbolu's Ali Güralp Ruhsat got a free kick in the 12th minute. Halil Can Yuluğ received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Kamuran İbiş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Safranbolu's goal looked a bit too open when Cevher Sarvan came free, but Kamuran İbiş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Safranbolu's zone, Güven Ülgen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kamuran İbiş came out of the goal and Güven Ülgen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kamuran İbiş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cevher Sarvan in the 35th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Halil Can Yuluğ in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kamuran İbiş prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Halil Can Yuluğ in the 39th minute of play forced Safranbolu's goalkeeper Kamuran İbiş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kartal Öksak took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kamuran İbiş. Safranbolu's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Aras Görkem Özbas struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Ahmet Boran İhtişam didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Safranbolu. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Zülfü Orcun made the kick off in the second half. Edirnekapi's Cevher Sarvan got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 61st match minute, Safranbolu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nedim Bozlak to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Halil Can Yuluğ kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kamuran İbiş. That made the score 0-1 in the 63 minute of play. Ahmet Boran İhtişam showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zülfü Orcun in the 68th minute of the match. A collision led to Safranbolu getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Ali Güralp Ruhsat hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Barbaros İltemur managed to get in a good position for a shot. Safranbolu's supporters rose to their feet, but Barbaros İltemur was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Boran İhtişam breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cevher Sarvan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Kamuran İbiş made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aras Görkem Özbas in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ahmet Boran İhtişam saved Edirnekapi from getting behind. Ahmet Boran İhtişam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zülfü Orcun, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After having played for 85 minutes, Aras Görkem Özbas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Safranbolu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aras Görkem Özbas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gökhun Dilhan's late challenge caught a Safranbolu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gökhun Dilhan helped the player get up and apologised. After 86 played minutes Edirnekapi got a freekick which was hit by Gökhun Dilhan. Cevher Sarvans short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Kamuran İbiş to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Kamuran İbiş came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Edirnekapi's Halil Can Yuluğ. But to his dismay, Halil Can Yuluğ quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Edirnekapi's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
