After having played for 87 minutes, Şevket Onur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fc Barcelona's supporters crossed their fingers, but Şevket Onur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edip Keçeli made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Polat Özerkin sent off a good shot on target. Batuğ Orcaner might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edip Keçeli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Batuğ Orcaner ran back to his position shaking his head. If Yüksel Uğur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
