Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ziya Onur Uğursel took the kick off in the first half of the match. Hüsrev Tekinel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Taha Okhan having to interfere. İsmail Tüzmen came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Fenerbahçe SK's Ziya Onur Uğursel. But to his dismay, Ziya Onur Uğursel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. If Sertaç Özonder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arın Ergener in the 20th minute of play forced Fenerbahçe SK's goalkeeper Taha Okhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 23 played minutes Erzincan got a freekick which was hit by Hüsrev Tekinel. In the 28th match minute, Fenerbahçe SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Semih Akboğa to maneuver through the defense. Alperen Tükelalp lost his temper 30 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 32nd minute there was a penalty for Erzincan. Aktuğ Sergen stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Taha Okhan. 1-1. When Abdullah Argun came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Fenerbahçe SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdullah Argun couldn't finish the play. Taha Okhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arın Ergener in the 46th minute of the match. Taha Okhan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Güralp Gagauz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Güralp Gagauz made a kick off. Taha Okhan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Güralp Gagauz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 63 minutes, Abdullah Argun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fenerbahçe SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdullah Argun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Sertaç Özonder came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Fenerbahçe SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sertaç Özonder couldn't finish the play. Abdullah Argun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fikri Özdal hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Güralp Gagauz struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Taha Okhan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Erzincan. Taha Okhan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arın Ergener went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. If Sertaç Özonder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Fenerbahçe SK manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Erzincan to win.
