Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kuzey Adsoy started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Elander getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Bektaş Ali Saltuk hit a great ball. Rahmi Özakıncı, 7 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Cüneyt Halıcıoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İskender Garip, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Kuzey Adsoy struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Cüneyt Halıcıoğlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canakkale. Kuzey Adsoy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cüneyt Halıcıoğlu having to make a save. After 20 minutes, Hidayet Timurtas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Elander and the Canakkale players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cüneyt Halıcıoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İskender Garip in the 22nd minute of the match. İskender Garip sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. İskender Garip recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bektaş Ali Saltuk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Birdal Osmanoğulları tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elander's Hidayet Timurtas got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. İskender Garip struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Cüneyt Halıcıoğlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canakkale. Kuzey Adsoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cüneyt Halıcıoğlu having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Elander's goal looked a bit too open when İskender Garip came free, but Cüneyt Halıcıoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bektaş Ali Saltuk was the one to do the kick off. If İskender Garip had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bektaş Ali Saltuk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Birdal Osmanoğulları tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 58 minutes into the game, Elander's Umur Tatu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Birdal Osmanoğulları made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After 73 minutes, Umur Tatu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Elander and the Canakkale players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 73 played minutes Elander got a freekick which was hit by Umur Tatu. Bülent Bilgehan kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the game, Elander's Bektaş Ali Saltuk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Birdal Osmanoğulları made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when İskender Garip got free with Cüneyt Halıcıoğlu in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Umur Tatu in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Birdal Osmanoğulları prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
