Yesilli FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alptuğ Sancaktar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Alptuğ Sancaktar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alptuğ Sancaktar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Arda Göksel Tanören tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute Alptuğ Sancaktar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arda Göksel Tanören saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Yesilli FK's Arda Göksel Tanören threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alptuğ Sancaktar, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Nadir Serkut's late challenge caught a Yesilli FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 40th match minute, Ceyhan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zafer Okboğa to maneuver through the defense. After 41 minutes, Ali Kürşat Kocay mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ceyhan and the Yesilli FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. 41 minutes into the game, one of Ceyhan:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Yesilli FK a penalty, 44 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Kartal Yuvakuran, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ceyhan's Arda Göksel Tanören. 2-0. 48 minutes into the match, Ceyhan's İskender Baki Lokman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cemal Sarik narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and İskender Baki Lokman made a kick off. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arda Göksel Tanören prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kartal Yuvakuran's late challenge caught a Ceyhan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kartal Yuvakuran helped the player get up and apologised. Kartal Yuvakuran hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. İskender Baki Lokman struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Cemal Sarik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ceyhan. After 77 played minutes Yesilli FK got a freekick which was hit by Nazmi İltemur. Cevher Ahıska tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Cemal Sarik. An unnecessary self made goal, 2-1 in the 78th minute. Ceyhan Yazır received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Cemal Sarik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. İskender Baki Lokman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute.
