Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Alkan Rafi made the kick off and thus started the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abbas Temizöz got free with Zühtü Akgün in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zühtü Akgün showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alkan Rafi, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Alkan Rafi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 27th minute Alkan Rafi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zühtü Akgün saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alkan Rafi in the 30th minute of play forced Sarander's goalkeeper Zühtü Akgün to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute Abdi Civanmert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kadri Özdilmaç saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 39 minutes, Abbas Temizöz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Çan FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abbas Temizöz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute, Nurtekin Tenzil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zühtü Akgün showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abbas Temizöz in the 45th minute of the match. Abdi Civanmert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Kadri Özdilmaç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kadir Güleç to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Alkan Rafi made a precise shot to the right of Zühtü Akgün. Sarander's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. When Nurtekin Tenzil fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sarander's protests and gave Nurtekin Tenzil a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Çan FK booed when Sarander was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nurtekin Tenzil didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64th minute, Battal Seyyit Ökkeş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute Çan FK were awarded a corner. Özdemir Selman went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Özdemir Selman almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sarander's Zühtü Akgün did a great save. Abbas Temizöz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Zühtü Akgün tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kadri Özdilmaç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kadir Güleç in the 70th minute of the match. 72 minutes into the game, Çan FK's Alkan Rafi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zühtü Akgün made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Abbas Temizöz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Çan FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Abbas Temizöz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zühtü Akgün breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Sarander's Nurtekin Tenzil got a free kick in the 81st minute. After 84 minutes Sarander's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Özdemir Selman who took care of the corner kick. After a defensive mix-up in Sarander's zone, Baykal Yetener stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zühtü Akgün came out of the goal and Baykal Yetener tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Abbas Temizöz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Çan FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Abbas Temizöz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zühtü Akgün breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Sarander getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Nurtekin Tenzil hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alkan Rafi in the 96th minute of play forced Sarander's goalkeeper Zühtü Akgün to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Çan FK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
