Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Kadir Güleç started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Alphan Murathan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 9 minutes into the game, Baybars Sebih was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nevsehir's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sarander the free kick. In the 9th match minute, Nevsehir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baybars Sebih to maneuver through the defense. Alphan Murathan took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zühtü Akgün. Zühtü Akgün dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After having played for 18 minutes, Kadir Güleç managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sarander's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kadir Güleç was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zühtü Akgün showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baybars Sebih, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Sarander's Zühtü Akgün played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alphan Murathan in the 30th minute of play. After some careless play in the Sarander defense, Baybars Sebih kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zühtü Akgün. The Sarander fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zühtü Akgün should have stopped the shot. Battal Seyyit Ökkeş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osman Ali Olcaytu having to interfere. Baybars Sebih received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Zühtü Akgün tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baybars Sebih sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 47 minutes into the match, Sarander's goal looked a bit too open when Baybars Sebih came free, but Zühtü Akgün reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Sarander players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Nevsehir were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baybars Sebih made a kick off. Zühtü Akgün was a little too slow when Baybars Sebih got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 0-3. Zühtü Akgün made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Alphan Murathan sent off a good shot on target. Baybars Sebih's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zühtü Akgün read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. In the 70th minute Abdi Civanmert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osman Ali Olcaytu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute Baybars Sebih shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zühtü Akgün saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77thth minute of the game Baybars Sebih who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sarander's Zühtü Akgün was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Sarander getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Ender Yıldızhan hit a great ball. Alphan Murathan struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Zühtü Akgün didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nevsehir. After a defensive mix-up in Nevsehir's zone, Abdi Civanmert stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osman Ali Olcaytu came out of the goal and Abdi Civanmert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Rafettin Oytun fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nevsehir's protests and gave Rafettin Oytun a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Sarander booed when Nevsehir was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafettin Oytun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zühtü Akgün took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baybars Sebih, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nevsehir's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
