Aydemir Ayaydın made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Vedat Vasif in the 14th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Menderes Taşel got free with Arcan Kaygun in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Akşemseddin Umut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Arcan Kaygun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Alacalı FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Yakup Kadri Önen hit a great ball. With 32 minutes on the clock, Aybar Akaltan commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 31st minute of the game. One of Alacalı FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Espiye F.C.:s goal. In the 34th minute there was a penalty for Espiye F.C.. Fernand Monsalves stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Aydemir Ayaydın. 1-1. After 39 played minutes Espiye F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Yusuf Ziya Baştugay. In the 40th minute of the match, Yakup Kadri Önen tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arcan Kaygun saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ali Vedat Vasif to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Atahan Kadrettin could shoot a difficult shot in the 52nd minute, which Aydemir Ayaydın however easily saved by the left post. Atahan Kadrettin scored 1-2 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aydemir Ayaydın, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Espiye F.C.'s Atahan Kadrettin got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
