The Evren SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Keramettin Karataş should have stopped the shot. Keramettin Karataş took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Utkan Siret, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Keramettin Karataş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Utkan Siret, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 26 minutes into the game, Necati Maksum was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Evren SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ARSENAL the free kick. Necati Maksum kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After having played for 28 minutes, Kasım Şenal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ARSENAL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kasım Şenal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cemalettin Dengizer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Seyfi Başarman came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Evren SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Seyfi Başarman couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Necati Maksum in the 41st minute of play forced ARSENAL's goalkeeper Soner Burçhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kasım Şenal to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Ertaç Tezel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Evren SK's Keramettin Karataş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kasım Şenal in the 73rd minute of play. If Kasım Şenal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evren SK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 77th minute, when Kasım Şenal scored to the left of an out of position Keramettin Karataş, making the score, 1-2. After having played for 82 minutes, Utkan Siret managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ARSENAL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Utkan Siret was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Evren SK's Necati Maksum got a free kick in the 95th minute. ARSENAL's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
