In the 50th minute Bozkurt FK were awarded a corner. Murat Selim Şamil went to the cornerflag to take it. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Yiğitcan Özker made the kick off in the second half. After 56 minutes Galatasaray's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Murat Selim Şamil who took care of the corner kick. Bozkurt FK's Murat Selim Şamil was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but İsa Akbuğ in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. But to his dismay, Yiğitcan Özker quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Galatasaray's zone, Mehmet Emrah Koyak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. İsa Akbuğ came out of the goal and Mehmet Emrah Koyak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Yiğitcan Özker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 89 minutes into the game, Yiğitcan Özker cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. İsa Akbuğ was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Selim Tuğtekin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Bozkurt FK had won after a very even match.
