In the 13th minute, Ateş Ergüleç got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vural Saim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Arif Bilge Razi made a huge save. Ali Nabi Garipbaş took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ateş Ergüleç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ateş Ergüleç struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Ali Nabi Garipbaş didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Altinözü SK. If Rıfkı Okanalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Basri Hünkar was the one to do the kick off. Düzce JK's Ali Nabi Garipbaş proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Düzce JK from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Düzce JK's zone, Ateş Ergüleç stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ali Nabi Garipbaş came out of the goal and Ateş Ergüleç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ali Nabi Garipbaş took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ateş Ergüleç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ateş Ergüleç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Ali Nabi Garipbaş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Onur Burçak kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Tansu Özerdim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Ali Nabi Garipbaş made a huge save. 75 minutes into the match, Basri Hünkar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arif Bilge Razi. Altinözü SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Basri Hünkar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Basri Hünkar in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arif Bilge Razi saved Altinözü SK from getting behind. Fatih Karaalp hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Vural Saim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Altinözü SK's goalkeeper Arif Bilge Razi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 94th match minute, Düzce JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vural Saim to maneuver through the defense. Ali Nabi Garipbaş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ateş Ergüleç in the 97th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Düzce JK had won after a very even match.
