İzzettin Erozan got in the 3rd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Hadi Geylanoğlu handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Resul Saylan kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Ardanuc SK's Lütfi Ongun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gökçek Ersunal in the 7th minute of play. Hadi Geylanoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bilal Öztekin in the 11th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Mümin Uyaralp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yahsihan's supporters rose to their feet, but Mümin Uyaralp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lütfi Ongun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 18 minutes into the match, Ardanuc SK's goalkeeper Lütfi Ongun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mümin Uyaralp. Tayfun Haliloğlu hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. The supporters of Yahsihan booed when Ardanuc SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tayfun Haliloğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yahsihan's Alp Gürler couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ardanuc SK's goalkeeper Lütfi Ongun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gökçek Ersunal in the 26th minute of play forced Ardanuc SK's goalkeeper Lütfi Ongun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th match minute, Yahsihan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sinan Cebel to maneuver through the defense. 28 minutes into the match, Yahsihan's goal looked a bit too open when Doğa Akdemirci came free, but Hadi Geylanoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Tayfun Haliloğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gökçek Ersunal in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lütfi Ongun saved Ardanuc SK from getting behind. Bilal Öztekin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hadi Geylanoğlu having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Doğa Akdemirci ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hadi Geylanoğlu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Doğa Akdemirci to strike the kick off in the second half. Mümin Uyaralp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Lütfi Ongun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gökçek Ersunal took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lütfi Ongun. Lütfi Ongun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Lütfi Ongun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gökçek Ersunal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Ardanuc SK fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when Ardanuc SK's Doğa Akdemirci looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 73rd minute, İzzettin Erozan collided with one of Yahsihan's players - so bad that he fractured his nose. Sinan Cebel's late challenge caught a Ardanuc SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sinan Cebel helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Yahsihan getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. The referee ignored Ardanuc SK's protests and gave Doğa Akdemirci a yellow card for diving instead.
