Talip Karaoğlan charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Talip Karaoğlan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Niksar SK getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Talip Karaoğlan hit a great ball. The supporters of Karabaglar booed when Niksar SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yıldıray Baldemir didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute of the match Yüce Ceceli shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yahya Kazak showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Sarp Aydınoğlu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yahya Kazak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Yenal Mithat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Birant Hatim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Songurbey Kabak having to interfere. Efe Yıldız fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Songurbey Kabak having to interfere. After 30 minutes of play, Niksar SK's Efe Yıldız made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Songurbey Kabak was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Efe Yıldız took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Songurbey Kabak to make any attempt to save it. Yahya Kazak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ömür Ümran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Sarp Aydınoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Yahya Kazak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ömür Ümran in the 52nd minute. Ömür Ümran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yahya Kazak having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Karabaglar's Ömür Ümran sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yahya Kazak narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Efe Yıldız took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Songurbey Kabak. Songurbey Kabak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Niksar SK's Yahya Kazak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Niksar SK from getting a goal against them. Ömür Ümran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yahya Kazak having to interfere. If Sarp Aydınoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute, Talha Okhan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes into the game, Birant Hatim cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Songurbey Kabak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
