With his leg Abdurrezzak Akabe managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when Cameli SK's Demiralp Baysoy fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Abdurrezzak Akabe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doğuş Şıran in the 11th minute of play. If Demiralp Baysoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Doğuş Şıran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Abdurrezzak Akabe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Doğuş Şıran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Demiralp Baysoy got free with Abdurrezzak Akabe in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cameli SK's Doğuş Şıran got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 36 minutes into the match, Cameli SK's goal looked a bit too open when Arın Ferhat Geylanoğullarından came free, but Tanju Tanaltay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute Gökalp Yesar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tanju Tanaltay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Arın Ferhat Geylanoğullarından managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cameli SK's Demiralp Baysoy managed to work through Anamur FK's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Demiralp Baysoy dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Anamur FK's Abdurrezzak Akabe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doğuş Şıran in the 92nd minute of play.
