The referee felt a red card was in order, 7 minutes into the game, when Cenap Zekai put in a rough tackle. After 6 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for ADANA! Berker Rıza Rukni shot the penalty kick right outside the post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kamil Arısan in the 17th minute of play forced ADANA's goalkeeper Mesut Tükelalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mesut Tükelalp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Ali Alyakut in the 22nd minute of the match. 25 minutes into the game, Atilla Kağan Akbatur threw the ball into play from the sideline. ADANA's Korkutalp Ceberut quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 29th minute Kamil Arısan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mesut Tükelalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Muhsin Ötüken fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doruk Engintalay having to interfere. Mesut Tükelalp was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Kamil Arısan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kamil Arısan really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Kamil Arısan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gölyaka's supporters rose to their feet, but Kamil Arısan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mesut Tükelalp breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Gölyaka's zone, Muhsin Ötüken stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Doruk Engintalay came out of the goal and Muhsin Ötüken tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kamil Arısan to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute Gölyaka were awarded a corner. Berker Rıza Rukni went to the cornerflag to take it. After a rather tough play, Gölyaka's Mehmet Ali Alyakut got a free kick in the 60th minute. 62 minutes into the game, Kamil Arısan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Mesut Tükelalp was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 71 played minutes ADANA got a freekick which was hit by Öztürk Üstündağ. Taha Tuğbay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mesut Tükelalp having to interfere. Mesut Tükelalp didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kamil Arısan went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Doruk Engintalay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Muhsin Ötüken went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Gölyaka were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of ADANA for a fine match.
