Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Abdi Uluçam kicked off to start the match. With his leg Uluç Şahtürk managed to avoid a goal in the 5thth minute, when Soma FK's Özdemir Çoğahan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 6th match minute, Cagaloglu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Taha Akbayrak to maneuver through the defense. Abdi Uluçam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th minute Veysel Serdinç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uluç Şahtürk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Haldun Akboy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İskender Gültekin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Soma FK's zone, Taha Akbayrak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Haldun Akboy came out of the goal and Taha Akbayrak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 30 minutes into the match, Soma FK's goal looked a bit too open when Emirşah Batıray came free, but Haldun Akboy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Özdemir Çoğahan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Uluç Şahtürk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Cagaloglu's goal looked a bit too open when Veysel Serdinç came free, but Uluç Şahtürk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Veysel Serdinç got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Emirşah Batıray managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cagaloglu's supporters rose to their feet, but Emirşah Batıray was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Haldun Akboy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 46 minutes into the match, Soma FK's goal looked a bit too open when Abdi Uluçam came free, but Haldun Akboy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Haldun Akboy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emirşah Batıray in the 48th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Veysel Serdinç was the one to do the kick off. If Veysel Serdinç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 55th minute there was a penalty for Soma FK. İsmail Orhun Mertkan stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Uluç Şahtürk. 1-0. Uluç Şahtürk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Veysel Serdinç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Uluç Şahtürk came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Soma FK's Özdemir Çoğahan. But to his dismay, Özdemir Çoğahan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Uluç Şahtürk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Özdemir Çoğahan went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Abdi Uluçam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Haldun Akboy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Haldun Akboy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdi Uluçam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Veysel Serdinç's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Uluç Şahtürk was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Emirşah Batıray received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Haldun Akboy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdi Uluçam in the 80th minute of play forced Soma FK's goalkeeper Haldun Akboy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Soma FK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Abdi Uluçam scored to the left of an out of position Haldun Akboy, making the score, 3-1. 93 minutes into the match, Soma FK's Özdemir Çoğahan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Uluç Şahtürk narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Abdi Uluçam's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Haldun Akboy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. In the 97th match minute, Soma FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doğan Gencal to maneuver through the defense. Cagaloglu's Abdi Uluçam got a good chance for a goal in the 100th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cagaloglu players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Soma FK.
