Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Kirikhan's Nuratay Sonat started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hamdullah Ersezer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Onurhan Köksan in the 4th minute of the match. Onurhan Köksan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamdullah Ersezer having to interfere. Eregli's Fetih Çağaçar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bulut Okyay in the 10th minute of play. Onurhan Köksan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Hamdullah Ersezer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Onurhan Köksan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 17th minute, Eyüp Yalkı made a precise shot to the right of Hamdullah Ersezer. Kirikhan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. When Ahmet Boran Ercan fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eregli's protests and gave Ahmet Boran Ercan a yellow card for diving instead. Melih Cevdet İplikçi kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Eregli's Hamdullah Ersezer threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Onurhan Köksan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 31 played minutes Eregli got a freekick which was hit by Atilla Tarkan Tokuşhan. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nuratay Sonat in the 32nd minute of play forced Eregli's goalkeeper Fetih Çağaçar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Onurhan Köksan in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hamdullah Ersezer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Eyüp Yalkı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nuratay Sonat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fetih Çağaçar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Kirikhan's Hamdullah Ersezer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Onurhan Köksan in the 45th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Onurhan Köksan to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nuratay Sonat in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fetih Çağaçar saved Eregli from getting behind. In the 60th play minute Bulut Okyay came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Fetih Çağaçar. 1-1. Melih Cevdet İplikçi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Onurhan Köksan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Hamdullah Ersezer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the game, Eyüp Yalkı cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Hamdullah Ersezer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bulut Okyay struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Fetih Çağaçar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kirikhan. Bulut Okyay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bulut Okyay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Fetih Çağaçar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kirikhan's Hamdullah Ersezer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Onurhan Köksan in the 85th minute of play. If Onurhan Köksan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hamdullah Ersezer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eyüp Yalkı in the 92nd minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Eregli fans cheered their team off the field, for while Kirikhan had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
