Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ali Orhan Akçakoca started the match with the kick off. Kamuran Taçkın charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kamuran Taçkın the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 6th minute, Kamuran Taçkın hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ant Akaltan in the 8th minute of play forced Elbistan SK's goalkeeper Hidayet Tüzünalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by İhsan Orcun in the 10th minute of play forced Egirdir SK's goalkeeper Baturhan Taha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Ahmet Gökalp Haymanalı managed to get in a good position for a shot. Elbistan SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Gökalp Haymanalı was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baturhan Taha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 18 minutes, Ant Akaltan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Egirdir SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ant Akaltan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baturhan Taha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Gökalp Haymanalı in the 29th minute. If İhsan Orcun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ahmet Gökalp Haymanalı came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Elbistan SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Gökalp Haymanalı couldn't finish the play. İhsan Orcun was extremely unlucky when he, in the 41st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. An unexpectedly hard shot by İhsan Orcun in the 45th minute of play forced Egirdir SK's goalkeeper Baturhan Taha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ahmet Gökalp Haymanalı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Egirdir SK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when İhsan Orcun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ahmet Gökalp Haymanalı scored 1-1 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Baturhan Taha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 60th match minute, Egirdir SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İldeniz Özdoğru to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Egirdir SK's Güneri Hurmacı got a free kick in the 64th minute. The audience was convinced that İhsan Orcun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baturhan Taha was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. In the 71st minute, Ahmet Gökalp Haymanalı got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Elbistan SK booed when Egirdir SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Orhan Akçakoca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmet Gökalp Haymanalı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Gökalp Haymanalı in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baturhan Taha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 80 minutes into the match, Egirdir SK's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Gökalp Haymanalı came free, but Baturhan Taha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, İhsan Orcun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Elbistan SK's supporters rose to their feet, but İhsan Orcun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baturhan Taha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. İhsan Orcun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers İhsan Orcun in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baturhan Taha saved Egirdir SK from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Gökalp Haymanalı in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baturhan Taha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kamuran Taçkın got his second yellow card in the match during the 90th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Kamuran Taçkın kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Ant Akaltan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
