Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Oktay Hürsel started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Siteler JK booed when Gülyali was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sinan Derelioğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oktay Hürsel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Özalp Rasi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Özalp Rasi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oktay Hürsel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olcay Tümen struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Mikail Çapan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Siteler JK. Aybek Tüney could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Mikail Çapan made a huge save. An unexpected shot in the 13th minute by Aybek Tüney got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Olcay Tümen during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The attack was good, but when Oktay Hürsel in the 17th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 19 minutes into the match, Gülyali's Nazmi Çağili sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Özalp Rasi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 19 minutes into the game, Gülyali's Oktay Hürsel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Özalp Rasi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Oktay Hürsel sped through Siteler JK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Özalp Rasi. In the 26th minute of the match Lütfullah Yılma shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Özalp Rasi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 31st minute, Gülyali's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Olcay Tümen fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 34th minute, Oktay Hürsel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gülyali's Vural Vatansever suffered a sore thigh after 35 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 35 minutes into the game, Tan Hazarbeyoğlu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Siteler JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gülyali the free kick. Siteler JK's Aybek Tüney was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 41st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Siteler JK's Aybek Tüney slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mikail Çapan. That made the score 2-2 after 46 minutes of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Olcay Tümen made a kick off. Gülyali's Nazmi Çağili got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 57 minutes, Oktay Hürsel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gülyali's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oktay Hürsel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Nazmi Çağili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gülyali's Oktay Hürsel got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 63 minutes, Nazmi Çağili managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 80th minute, Halil Can Akçakaya left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gülyali fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Nazmi Çağili blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Özalp Rasi having to make a save. Halil Can Akçakaya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Özalp Rasi having to interfere. After 89 played minutes Gülyali got a freekick which was hit by Sinan Derelioğlu. A collision led to Siteler JK getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Vahdet Kazakhan hit a great ball. When Mehmet Hakkı Kabak came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Gülyali fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mehmet Hakkı Kabak couldn't finish the play. Gülyali's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
